I have always tried to learn and watch everything about movies throughout my life. Although I failed to accomplish my dream of being a filmmaker or being a part of a movie, I never gave up. Oren Loni Reviews is dedicated to all film lovers and I will regularly share my reviews and movie recommendations with my readers.
You might remember Edward Norton’s terrific quote from the Academy Award nominated film, Birdman, which goes: “A man becomes a critic when he can’t be the artist he wants to, just like a man becomes an informer when he can’t become a soldier.” And my effort is to draw closer to movies, movies, and movies.
I would also like to indulge in a healthy conversation with fellow film lovers. So be my guest and click on the comment link to share your suggestions and movie recommendations to publish on Oren Loni Reviews. The works of Martin Scorsese, Alfred Hitchcock, and Christopher Nolan are my greatest inspirations, but I like to watch films of all genres irrespective of the language, so feel free to recommend movies that you like.
The great Martin Scorsese once said, “Movies touch our hearts and awaken our vision, and change the way we see things. They take us to other places, they open doors and minds. Movies are the memories of our life time, we need to keep them alive.” This quote represents what I firmly believe in.
